The Association believes that good quality housing is fundamental to Community Regeneration but it is more that just bricks and mortar. The Association has established links with the local schools and provides the local school with a donation towards it extra curriculum activities each year and Cernach Housing Association Achievement Award to the best pupil in the year. In a recent survey only 16% of tenants said they had access to the Internet at Home. In response to this Free internet access is now available to our tenants and prospective tenants from a computer located in the Associations reception area.
