Since its inception in July 1991 the Association has provided 369 new homes for rent, sale and shared ownership through its development programme. It also provides factoring services to 40 owner-occupiers. The Association and currently has 309 tenanted properties, with a very low turnover of housing. Indeed to 31st March 2007, we have re-let 12 properties |
