How We're Doing

The Association operates in a culture of continuous improvements and constantly strive to improve performance. Targets are set and monitored by the Management Committee at appropriate intervals. You can view the Associations Performance Targets for the year to 31 st March 2004 by clicking here

The Association commissions an independent tenant satisfaction survey every two years. Our most recent survey is due to be was carried out during February and March 2008. The survey will seek to find how satisfied our customers are with the service we provide as well as carrying out an analysis of income, which we use when considering our rent policy and review process.  As an organisation committed to continual improvement, the Association will always strive for improvements, even where the results from the survey are good. It is only by listening and acting on our tenants views will we continue to achieve these levels of satisfaction. The results of these will be available soon

The report from this Audit concluded that "Cernach has made a very substantial contribution to the regeneration of West Drumchapel through the housing it has itself provided and by working collaboratively with other public and private organisations in the area. It is a good landlord whose achievements have improved the quality of life of many of its tenants. It is characterised by good leadership at senior management and committee level and by its commitment to good customer service. The results of tenant surveys carried out on the Association's behalf and feedback from a number of service users during our inspection, indicate a high level of satisfaction with services and with the way they are provided by the Association's staff and its contractors"

An overall B grade was awarded to the Association. The overall grade takes account of Cernach's performance in Governance and Financial Management, performance in each service area, its organisational effectiveness, its commitment to social inclusion, and its likelihood of improvement" Click here to download a copy of the summary of the Inspection Report.
