Cernach Housing Association, in partnership with Glasgow Housing Association, (GHA) manage the GHA housing stock in the Langfaulds area of Drumchapel. Cernach Housing Association do not own this stock, as the stock is owned by the landlord, Glasgow Housing Association.

Five GHA staff members, including a Community Housing Manager, are assigned to the LHO to deliver the management service to the GHA tenants in Langfaulds.

The LHO staff is made up of the following people:

Lianne Walker, Clerical Officer
Thomas Aitken, Administrative Support

A Sub Committee of Cernach Housing Association has been set up to oversee the management delivery, monitor performance and make decisions on the investment priorities.

GHA is committed to Community Ownership and have invited Cernach Housing Association to consult with the tenants and submit a stock transfer proposal to transfer ownership of the housing stock to Cernach Housing Association.
