Membership costs £1. We particularly welcome applications from our tenants, prospective tenants and GHA tenants living in the Langfaulds area.

To apply for membership you must send an application form and £1.00 to the Association's Office at Unit 25 Ladyloan Place. The Committee will consider the application at its next meeting and if your application is approved you will immediately become a member and your name entered on our Register of Members and your Share issued.

Members are invited to the Annual General Meeting and any General Meetings held during the year . The Association operates an open membership policy and membership applications are welcome from all sectors of the Community.

The members collectively own the Association although no financial stake is attached to this Community Ownership. One of the major features of Community Ownership is the opportunity for residents to control policy decisions at a local level. While not everyone wants to become involved in this, being a member enables you to vote for those who do, be consulted on rule changes and receive Annual Performance information from the Association. Membership entitles you to vote for the Management Committee or stand for election yourself. All members are issued with a copy of the Rules and issued with an Annual Report and accounts every year at our Annual General Meeting.
