How to make a complaint
Our approach to complaints is based on the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman’s Model Complaints Handling Procedure
We value complaints and use information from them to help us improve our service. If things don’t go right, we encourage you to complain. We understand that if you make a complaint, you want:
• an apology if we’ve let you down
• to be heard
• your problem dealt with quickly and effectively.
